Sunshine returns on Wednesday as high pressure briefly builds across the area. This dry weather is short lived, however, as another weak frontal system crosses the area Wednesday night. This will result in another chance of rain, possibly mixed with sleet across the interior. Any lingering rain exits to the east Thursday morning, resulting in a mostly dry day.
Temperatures on both Wednesday and Thursday will be about 10 degrees above normal, with highs both days in the mid to upper 40s.
