Skies become partly cloudy to mostly sunny by morning on Thanksgiving with dry conditions expected for the day. However, strong gusty winds will be likely with sustained winds of 20-25 mph and gusts 35-40 mph. High temperatures will be in the upper 40s to low 50s with the warmer temperatures generally being closer to the coast. Temperatures overnight Thursday and into Friday morning will drop to the mid to upper 20s in the interior and around freezing in coastal areas. Wind chill values will be in the mid to upper 20s.
Clear, sunny conditions persist going into Friday with high temperatures slightly below average in the mid 40s. The wind will gradually weaken through the day with wind speeds of 10-15 mph. Temperatures overnight will drop down to the low 20s in the interior and the mid 20s for coastal areas.
